Carramimbre Wines
First of all, Carramimbre red wines are made from grapes grown in the more than 7 hectares of vineyards located in the Ribera del Duero area. This makes them elegant, balanced and well-structured wines. In our online wine shop you can find the following varieties:
- Carramimbre Roble: young Tempranillo wine, made from 90% Tempranillo grapes and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Refreshing and easy to drink with well-integrated tannins, elegant and persistent acidity.
- Carramimbre Crianza: a red wine made mostly from red grapes. It is a great example of a wine with the Ribera de Duero Denomination of Origin for its flavour, intensity and elegance.
- Carramimbre Reserva: 90% of the wine is made with local grapes from the winerys old vineyards. It is characterised by being a full-bodied, powerful and well-structured wine.
- Vino Altamimbre: the winerys most select red wine. It is only marketed if the grape production is of excellent quality.
Secondly, the Carramimbre rosés are wines made from Garnacha, Tempranillo, Albillo and Verdejo grapes with the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin.
Finally, Carramimbres Verdejo wine is made from 100% Verdejo grapes from Rueda, which makes it a tasty, enveloping, unctuous and balanced wine.
