Exclusively produced from areas of the vineyard over 40 years old lovingly cared for by our technical department throughout the year. The perfect synthesis of sophistication and balance.
The wine is fermented in a tank made of French oak before being aged in an all-new French oak barrel for at least 20 months. Velvety and mid-bodied, its impact is made by its rounded tannins and ripe fruit.

|creation||Born from grapes fermented whole with their must macerated for 25 days without temperature regulation. After being switched to new barrels, the wine is then aged for 20 months in French and American oak barrels. A final gentle filter produces a wine full of unique character only to acquire further depth over time.|
